How do I place an order?

Digital Products (Game Codes & Gift Cards)
How are digital codes delivered?
Digital products are delivered electronically, either:
- On-screen after purchase, and/or
- Via email
Delivery is usually instant, but may take longer if additional checks are required.
Can I get a refund on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital content:
- Refunds are not available once a code has been delivered or accessed
- This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
Exceptions apply if:
- The code is faulty
- The product is not as described

Why is my digital order delayed?

How long does delivery take?
