Pre-Order Information

At GameSphere, we aim to make pre-ordering upcoming games, consoles and accessories as simple and transparent as possible.


Release Dates

All release dates shown on our website are provided by publishers, manufacturers or distributors and may occasionally change.

If a release date changes after you place your order, we will update the product page accordingly and dispatch your order once stock becomes available.


Payment

Pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

This allows us to reserve stock specifically for your order and secure allocation from suppliers.


Dispatch & Delivery

Pre-order items are normally dispatched in line with the advertised release date.

While we always aim to deliver pre-orders as close to release day as possible, release day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, stock allocation, supplier dispatch schedules and manufacturer shipping timelines.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.


Release Day Delivery

GameSphere cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, supplier allocation changes, manufacturer delays or circumstances outside our control.

Where possible, customers will be updated regarding any significant release or dispatch delays.


Cancellations

You may cancel a physical pre-order before dispatch for a full refund.

Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, standard returns policies apply.

Digital pre-orders, downloadable content and digital game codes may become non-refundable once delivery or activation has begun, in accordance with UK consumer law.


Stock Allocation

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

In rare situations where supplier allocation is reduced or stock availability changes unexpectedly, orders may be delayed or cancelled. If this occurs, affected customers will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a refund where applicable.


Digital Pre-Orders

Digital products, gift cards and downloadable content are delivered electronically.

Please ensure the correct platform, region and edition are selected before completing your purchase, as digital products may not be refundable once delivery has started.
