1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to:

  • GameSphere digital gift cards
  • Third-party digital top-up vouchers (e.g. PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo)

By purchasing or redeeming these products, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.


2. Delivery

All digital products are:

  • Delivered electronically (via email and/or on-screen)
  • Typically delivered instantly or within a short timeframe

Please ensure:

  • Your email address is entered correctly at checkout
  • You check spam/junk folders if not received

GameSphere is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email details.


3. Activation & Use

  • Codes are intended for use on the relevant platform (e.g. PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo)
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your account region

Once a code has been:

  • Delivered
  • Viewed
  • Or redeemed

It is considered used and non-returnable.


4. No Cancellation Or Refund (Digital Content)

Under UK law, digital content is exempt from the 14-day cancellation period once delivery begins.

By purchasing digital products, you agree that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after purchase
  • Your right to cancel is waived once the code has been delivered

We do not offer refunds where:

  • The code has been delivered
  • The code has been accessed or redeemed

5. Faulty Or Non-Working Codes

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

We may require:

  • Evidence of the issue
  • Confirmation the code has not been redeemed

Where verified:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided

6. Fraud Prevention & Security

Due to the nature of digital products, we operate strict fraud prevention measures.

We reserve the right to:

  • Delay delivery for verification
  • Request proof of identity
  • Cancel and refund orders flagged as high-risk

Accounts or orders suspected of fraud may be:

  • Blocked
  • Reported where necessary

7. Limitations Of Liability

  • Codes entered incorrectly by the customer
  • Codes redeemed on the wrong account
  • Region incompatibility issues

Please ensure compatibility before purchase.


8. Lost Or Stolen Codes

Once a code has been delivered:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to keep it secure

We are not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or shared codes

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
