Physical games are dispatched with tracked UK delivery where available. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary during busy periods or for pre-order items.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Opened, used or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund unless faulty.

For standard returns where the item is not faulty, damaged or incorrect, a handling and restocking fee may apply in line with our Refund Policy.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
