Delivery & Returns – Consoles

Consoles are shipped using tracked UK delivery services. Larger or higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the product or packaging.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returned consoles must be sent back in their original condition with all included accessories, packaging and documentation.

For standard returns where the console is not faulty, damaged or incorrect, a handling and restocking fee may apply in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Faulty or damaged products will be handled in line with your statutory consumer rights.
